On Saturday, April 26, STOLADI proudly joined local residents, business leaders, and community organizations for the 22nd Annual Vermont Avenue Spring Garden (Work) Party — a vibrant day of volunteering, beautification, and connection in the heart of Washington, DC.
Hosted near the African American Civil War Memorial, the event brought together dozens of volunteers who rolled up their sleeves to clean, plant, and mulch along the quarter-mile median beds of Vermont Avenue — from S Street to Florida Avenue, including the gateway beds at the corner of VT & FL.
STOLADI participated as a Major Sponsor, helping support the event’s mission to bring neighbors together while enhancing the streetscape of one of DC’s most historically rich corridors. Volunteers were treated to breakfast, lunch, and giveaways, along with all the tools and guidance needed to transform the green spaces.
This year’s event was a beautiful reminder of how public-private partnerships can strengthen communities, create pride of place, and elevate the everyday experience of residents and visitors alike.
“At STOLADI, we believe property management isn’t just about buildings — it’s about the people and neighborhoods around them,” said a STOLADI representative. “Events like this are the heart of what STOLADI Cares is all about.”
We extend our gratitude to the event organizers and fellow sponsors who made this day a success — and we look forward to coming back next year with gloves on and trowels ready.
