Over the last few weeks, STOLADI team members came together for a multi-day STOLADI Cares Street Cleanup, volunteering their time to help beautify communities across the DMV region. The initiative brought staff together from multiple departments and demonstrated our commitment to service, teamwork, and community impact.

Three Locations, One Purpose
The cleanup efforts took place across three key sites:
-
Maryland: Westlake Drive in Bethesda, between Bells Mill Road and Tuckerman Lane
-
Washington, DC: Mitchell Park, spanning California Street NW, 23rd Street NW, S Street NW, and Phelps Place NW
-
Virginia: Joyce Street in Arlington, between Army Navy Drive and S Hayes Street
Across each location, team members collected trash, cleared walkways, and improved public spaces for local residents. STOLADI provided vests, gloves, garbage bags, and water, ensuring everyone had what they needed to support the effort.

Teamwork in Action
Throughout the cleanup, employees worked side by side — showcasing the collaboration, dedication, and professionalism that define STOLADI’s culture. The effort also created an opportunity for colleagues to connect outside the office while making a tangible difference in the communities we serve.

A Commitment to Community
STOLADI Cares is more than a volunteer initiative — it reflects our belief that supporting the community is part of our responsibility as a property management company. These cleanups are one of the ways we invest in the neighborhoods that make the DMV a vibrant place to live, work, and thrive.
“Community care starts with showing up. We’re proud of our team for stepping forward and making a meaningful impact.” — The STOLADI Team
STOLADI looks forward to continuing this work and expanding community engagement efforts in the coming year.
