STOLADI recently hosted its 2026 March Managers Meeting on March 24 at the ASCO building in Alexandria, Virginia, bringing team members together for a collaborative session focused on reflection, alignment, and future planning.

As part of the company’s ongoing 3M (March Managers Meeting) tradition, participants revisited key themes from previous annual meetings while exploring the foundation that supports STOLADI’s continued growth across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

This year’s meeting centered around a building-inspired framework that illustrated how STOLADI’s success is supported by strong organizational pillars and strengthened by the people who make up the company’s team. Employees were highlighted as the “beams” that help support the structure of the organization, working together with guidance from the Leadership Team to advance shared goals and deliver consistent service across the portfolio.

The session also included an interactive team-building activity designed to demonstrate how a strong foundation—combined with collaboration and leadership support—helps create stability, alignment, and long-term success.

In addition to reflecting on past progress, the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss STOLADI’s current priorities and future direction as the company continues expanding its presence throughout the DMV region.

With more than three decades of experience in residential and commercial property management, STOLADI remains committed to strengthening its internal culture while supporting the communities and properties it serves.
