STOLADI recently participated in the Everything Real Estate Career Fair held at Fuse at Mason Square in Arlington, Virginia, joining students, alumni, and industry professionals from across the DMV region for an evening focused on career development and industry connections.
Hosted by the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship in partnership with NAIOP Northern Virginia, the event provided attendees with the opportunity to connect directly with organizations active in real estate, property management, development, and related fields.
Representing STOLADI at the event was Shawn Williams, Director of Administration, who spent time speaking with attendees about career opportunities within the property management industry, the importance of professional growth, and the skills that help individuals succeed in a people-focused business environment.
Throughout the event, the STOLADI team connected with students and emerging professionals interested in learning more about careers in residential and commercial property management. Discussions focused on industry trends, operational experience, and the value of strong communication, responsiveness, and teamwork in serving communities across the region.
