On June 5, 2025, STOLADI was proud to participate in the 34th Annual Meeting & Housing Expo hosted by the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers (HAND) at the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. This year’s theme, “Housing & _____,” invited attendees to explore the powerful intersections between housing and other critical elements like education, health, and economic opportunity.
As a company rooted in purpose and community, STOLADI’s presence at this influential event reflected our ongoing commitment to inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered property management practices. Our team engaged with nonprofit leaders, developers, housing advocates, and public officials in meaningful discussions about the future of affordable housing in the Capital Region.
With over 1,000 attendees, the expo offered a dynamic platform to share STOLADI’s experience managing over 4 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate across the DMV. Our quarter-page ad in the program spotlighted our mission to “give properties the attention they deserve” while supporting the communities that surround them.
From insightful plenary sessions to valuable networking moments on the expo floor, the HAND Annual Meeting reinforced the importance of collaboration and innovation in shaping equitable housing outcomes. STOLADI was especially inspired by the energy and dedication of this year’s participants, all working toward a shared vision of stronger, more connected neighborhoods.
