The Essex Condominium switches to STOLADI amid major renovations

STOLADI is excited to announce we were awarded management of The Essex Condominium in Washington, DC, which becomes effective on April 1st. This fantastic condominium is undergoing multiple capital projects that required us to get up to speed fast. Our team is excited to help them through achieve their goals for the new chiller installation by April 30^th.
