The Grimke School – African American Civil War Museum

STOLADI is excited to announce we were awarded management of The Grimke School, effective June 2021. This historic property is a private/public partnership with the city and Developer, Community Three. The African American Civil War Museum is getting a beautiful new space that will sit directly across the street from the African American Civil War Monument. The office portion of the building is anchored by Torti Gallas + Partners architects and there are only a few first-class spec suites with incredibly tall ceilings left.
