STOLADI is proud to announce that one of our managed properties, Waterford Tower Apartments in Silver Spring, Maryland, was honored during a special Proclamation Ceremony hosted by Montgomery County Councilmember Kristin Mink. The ceremony, held in July 2025, recognized the Waterford Tower team’s impactful contributions in the ongoing efforts to prevent and end homelessness in Montgomery County.
This commendation comes as part of a broader acknowledgment of organizations and housing partners that have played a significant role in supporting the County’s goal to ensure stable housing for all. Waterford Tower Apartments was specifically recognized for its support and cooperation in housing initiatives that have helped nearly 400 families transition out of homelessness, offering them a safe, stable, and dignified place to call home.
At the heart of this work is Nichole, the dedicated Property Manager at Waterford Tower. As a valued member of the STOLADI team, Nichole has consistently gone above and beyond to uphold STOLADI’s mission of “giving properties the attention they deserve” — and, in this case, giving people the second chance they desperately needed.
“We are not just managing buildings — we are building stronger communities,” said Nichole after the ceremony. “It’s an honor to work alongside Montgomery County in such a meaningful way.”
Through effective property management, tenant engagement, and a spirit of collaboration with local housing agencies and service providers, STOLADI and the Waterford team have helped maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment where families can rebuild their lives.
