SHAWN WILLIAMS

Bio

Mr. Williams is the Director of Administration and is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Administrative functions. This includes providing business acumen, leadership, and direction that promote maximum effectiveness in the STOLADI workforce while supporting the STOLADI  mission, goals, and values.

Since joining the STOLADI  team, Mr. Williams has focused on ways to streamline processes and integrate departments to enhance the STOLADI employee experience. In addition, he has worked diligently with the CFO to maximize value and reduce costs to proactively look at improving efficiencies.

Before STOLADI, Mr. Williams worked in the legal industry and think tanks for over 18 years in various roles of accounting, marketing, IT, paralegal, firm administration, and human resources. In addition, he was a performer at Busch Gardens Tampa, FL, and enjoys traveling and exploring the world.  Mr. Williams was born in Illinois and grew up in the Tampa, Florida area.  He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Organizational Leadership, is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management, SHRM-CP, a Workplace Mental Health Ally and a former member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
