Mr. Williams serves as the Director of Administration at STOLADI, where he provides executive guidance and strategic leadership across all core operational functions, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Administrative Operations. In this capacity, he acts as a vital bridge between high-level business strategy and daily operations, ensuring that the STOLADI workforce operates at peak efficiency while remaining deeply aligned with the company’s core mission, vision, and values.
Since stepping into his role at STOLADI, Mr. Williams has championed a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. He has successfully spearheaded initiatives to break down departmental silos, streamline workflows, and integrate modern technologies to significantly elevate the employee lifecycle experience. Working in close, strategic partnership with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he regularly audits operational frameworks to maximize resource value, eliminate redundancies, and drive cost-effective growth across the organization.
Prior to anchoring the administration team at STOLADI, Mr. Williams spent over 20 years cultivating a diverse professional portfolio within highly demanding legal environments and prominent think tanks. This extensive background spans critical business disciplines, including accounting, marketing, IT infrastructure, paralegal support, firm administration, and human resources. This rare, cross-functional expertise allows him to approach complex organizational challenges with a holistic, multi-faceted perspective.
Beyond his executive achievements, Mr. Williams brings a dynamic, vibrant, and uniquely creative background to his leadership style. Having previously worked as an actor for both movies and the stage, he was also a professional performer at Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida—where his absolute favorite role was bringing the iconic character of Big Bird to life. A native of Illinois who was raised in the Tampa Bay area, he remains an avid global traveler passionate about exploring diverse cultures and perspectives.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and Organizational Leadership. Committed to professional excellence and modern workplace advocacy, he is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), a certified Workplace Mental Health Ally, and a former member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
