Bio
Mr. Christofides is a US educated engineer/developer with over 30 years of international experience. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Christofides oversees all aspects of the portfolio to include property management, residential leasing, base building (common area) improvements, maintenance and accounting. He joined STOLADI in 2014 bringing his asset management and ownership background to the company. He is recognized among the business community for his leadership, strategic thinking, integrity, and communication skills. He has been instrumental in growing the company to over 4 millions square feet.
In his former company, ICG, Mr. Christofides was responsible for the company’s real estate holdings in the US and oversaw the development of their flagship building, The Gallup Building (901 F Street, NW).
Mr. Christofides was born in Greece, educated in Canada (McGill University) and the US (George Washington University, MSc in Engineering and Executive MBA). He has been honored to serve as a guest speaker at numerous national and international events and served multiple terms on the Washington International School Board of Trustees as well as the Board of the DuPont Underground.
