All good things must come to an end, although this one hurts. I want to thank you and your entire firm for all that you’ve done to service our building, tenants, and vendors. I believe I’ve told you before, but our decision many years ago to outsource building management to you and your firm was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my 23-year tenure.
