Stephanie Gleichsner

Bio

Ms. Gleichsner enthusiastically joined the STOLADI team in 2016. Her responsibilities include oversight of the entire property management team. Ms. Gleichsner brings over 15 years of property management experience and takes pride in ensuring the entire company provides a high level of customer service to all clients, residents, and tenants. She takes true ownership of each property and works closely with our management team members. Ms. Gleichsner enforces our standards, reviews reports, and trains our management teams to ensure consistency across the entire organization.

Ms. Gleichsner began her property management career in 2006 within the residential division. She transitioned to commercial property management and has managed approximately 1 million square feet of office buildings, including Class A properties, retail, and commercial condominium associations. Primarily from the Northern Virginia area, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from York College in Pennsylvania, graduating with honors. She is currently pursuing her CPM designation.
